The sandwiches nearby at God Save The Food are a must-try, and the location had a cozy vibe with quick access to La Taverna del Borgo Antico. The high ceilings and marble floors added a touch of elegance to our spacious room.
Finding the hotel was a bit of a treasure hunt, especially with the tiny signage and the reception a few blocks away. My wife's dislike for the firm bed was a hiccup, but it didn’t dim our overall experience.

What they got right and wrong
The stunning location near Piazza del Carmine allowed easy exploration, and the room was upgraded, offering luxurious space and cleanliness. The friendly staff went above and beyond to assist, making us feel genuinely valued.
Finding the hotel was a hassle due to minimal signage, causing confusion upon arrival. Additionally, the glass bathroom door was quite lacking in privacy, which left something to be desired in terms of comfort.

The spacious bathroom offered an impressive size that left room for creativity, even though the layout felt a bit off. The location right on a picturesque piazza was a visual treat, despite the occasional noise.
Finding the place was a real scavenger hunt, with minimal signage directing me to the reception, which was two blocks away. The steps leading to the bathroom were a tripping hazard, not to mention the odd layout of a suite that lacked a couch for lounging. The noise from the plaza made it hard to enjoy the open windows, which was rather disappointing for a romantic getaway.

the hotel had a lovely view, but my suite was absolutely filthy, with hair everywhere and dusty surfaces. it would have been nice if they provided extra teabags or even cleaned up properly. i almost thought about giving them a good review, but i expected complimentary wine for all of my inconveniences. total letdown.

The location near the picturesque piazza was delightful. My room overlooked beautiful views, making it a perfect spot for enjoying the scenery. The space was well-styled and very clean, with plenty of thoughtful details like complimentary snacks in the minibar. Walking distance to iconic sites like the Duomo and Castello Sforzesco was a huge plus, allowing easy exploration. However, getting to the room was a bit confusing due to minimal signage. Additionally, the noise from the plaza at night disrupted my sleep. The glass bathroom door lacked privacy, which was uncomfortable. Despite these issues, the overall charm and amenities made for a pleasant stay.

The hotel was perfectly located in the city center, just a short walk to iconic sights like the Duomo and Castello Sforzesco. We also enjoyed fantastic food options nearby, such as Princi for breakfast and Pizzeria Convivium for dinner. The room was well-appointed with good toiletries and a complimentary daily stocked minibar.
Check-in could be a bit tricky if you arrive too early, as staff is not always present.

Loved the spacious room and Prosecco welcome! The mini bar was always stocked, and the bathroom was lovely and clean. Walking distance to everything—perfect for city exploring!
The hairdryer was definitely not from the 70s, which was a relief! But I almost tripped on the stylish but slippery marble floors!
